HISTORY

       The Technical-Vocational High School adopts the Strengthened-Vocational Education Program (STVEP) using Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). It is a framework or guide for the subsequent detailed development of curriculum and associated methodologies and training and assessment resources. The CBC specifies outcomes which are consistent with the requirements of the workplace as agreed through industry or community consultations.

          The only Tech-Voc High School in Malabon City established on June 6, 2010 having only two classroom  for six sections scheduled for three shifts — 1st shift (6:00am-10:00am); 2nd shift (10:00 – 2:00pm); 3rd shift (2:00pm  – 6:00pm).

Mrs. Evelyn C. Cawaling was appointed as the first OIC-Principal of Concepcion Tech-Voc Annex with the following faculty members:

         The school is the only public secondary Tech-Voc school in the Division of Malabon City whose students are given opportunities to acquire the National Certificate and/or Certificate of Competency by TESDA right after finishing secondary school. It has nine(9) TVE teachers who are NCII accredited.

       It also offers the following programs that address multiple intelligence. Linguistics(Readster, TJIES, WOW, 5 eDAre & Tree of Learning) Logical Mathematics (Mathinik Club, Science Club) Kinesthetic (Happy Feet Club) Visual-Spatial (Club TVE) Interpersonal (Supreme Student Government and Student Affairs Office).
